The Companion may each night target another player, which will make both the Companion and the target invulnerable to all night actions with the exception that the Companion's target's night action will instead be used on the Companion.
This is a more powerful and more protective-oriented version of the Magnet role. If you include the Companion role in your setup, it would be wise to restrict its usage by either making it unable to target the same player on consecutive nights and/or by making it a 1-shot ability, preferably the latter.
