But, if you Expect The unexpected, you become vulnerable to the really unexpected, whitch you didn't Expect in The First place.

Fontana a.k.a "The Windmill" is a long term player in the darker side of the universe, mostly known for techniques as "is this on?", "I know I'm innocent cause it says so in my mail" and - of course - what created her name; "The Windmill technique" where she confuses everyone involved with changing her votes and her suspicions faster then you'd imagine.
