It's mostly from the fact that the iaafr read was fairly early and sometimes contrarian reads like that comes from woofs, but not always. Disengaging with Ace after his posts was reasonable imo. I didn't see anything else that made me think not town. If iaafr was a woof I'd reconsider, but I don't see ever getting there.
I've read up to EoD1, I'm slow.
Ivy and Nanook are town imo. Ivy's posting is solid outside of iaafr read early 200s and the interaction/vote with Ace, which seemed disinterested in Ace's alignment. I find that whole interaction weird tbh. Nanook's just town to me, I may be biased for meta reasons, but I didn't see anything D1 that makes me think Nanook is a woof. Nanook is engaged but playful, which how EoD1 went doesn't seem like a woof under pressure.
iaafr is sort unreadable to me from their D1, very hard to make a judgement, could swing either way. The rest are in my poe and require isos once I finish reading the thread, which hopefully won't take long.
I've only read a page or so, the only thing that stood out was iaafr's demeanor, which is odd but pretty meh overall.

I'd lean town currently, unless spf is also a woof, in which case all bets are off imo.
Pretty easy for MP to bus here and justify their woof read from the whole game if they were actually a woof and knew Ash would flip woof. Instead they stuck with whatever they're doing, which says a lot probably.

I don't know how to parse Echks wallpost. I don't know what conclusions you've come to, because I've surely missed stuff reading it. The dunya/NANOOK stuff is interesting.
I moved my vote off Rask, because it accomplished my goal basically. He responded how I expected him to respond if he was town, which is with frustration, annoyance and flailing/lashing out at people. Probably not the best reason to tl someone, but I'm struggling to make sense of this game currently.

The first one is sort of meh, but it shows a weird defensiveness that shows up in other post's as well. In a 'if I'm weird, this is why', just find it odd to post.
The other ones are just sort of lamist. I can solve the game, but maybe not. They all come off as disingenuous to me, which might be me inferring too much from little actual knowledge.
There's also the wagon analysis stuff that may just be a difference in philosophies.
