Based on probability, the odds of there being a BP townie change depending on what roles the mafia have.There is no combination of roles that would make a scum that confident in it being fake to risk the 50/50. It's either Mafia Rolecop/Mafia Goon or it's Mafia Goon/Mafia Goon. There is a scenario for both cases where there is a BP townie.I'd argue the opposite, hee hee!
There's a 3/4 change that Garbage outs themselves as scum to a PR if he claims bulletproof, assuming the game doesn't have one. It makes more sense that S!Goggle counterclaims, especially if Goggle thinks Garbage is fakeclaiming based on the roles scum have.
If they have two goons there's 3 scenarios without a BP townie and one with, 3 in 4.
If they have a roleblocker, there's 2 possible scenarios, 1 with a BP townie. 1 in 2.

if goggle is scum then they're doing a 1 for 1 trade which isn't good for scum unless its to draw attention from one of the top wagon by sacrificing themselves, which is also dumb
