D6 Mafia is a 13-player Semi-Open Variable setup.
To determine the town power, you must roll a die exactly six times. Each time the result lands in one of the power role categories (Investigative, Protective, Killing) the tally for that category goes up by 1. After completing all 6 rolls, the category tallies are checked against the following tables, and power roles are added to the game accordingly. Vanilla Town roles are added to bring the total number of town up to ten.

For the mafia power roles, take the number of town power roles minus one, then roll a die that many times. The die results are directly checked against the following table, and power roles are added to the game accordingly. Mafia Goons are added to bring the number of mafia up to three.

These are hypothetical set-ups and are explicitly non-indicative of the actual rand. They have been provided for explanation purposes only. Any resemblance or lack thereof to the actual set-up is completely coincidental.
For the town power roles, I roll a d6 6 times and get the following results: 4, 5, 1, 1, 6, 1
The tally totals for my power roles categrories would be Investigation = 3, Protection = 2, Killing = 1
This corresponds to the town power roles of Rolecop, Doctor and 1 shot Vigilante. 7 Vanilla town roles are added to bring town up to 10.
Mafia would have power roles equal to # of town PR - 1, which in this case = 2
For mafia power rolls, I then roll a d6 2 times and get the following results: 2, 5
Mafia would have a Roleblocker and a Tracker. 1 Mafia Goonis added to bring mafia up to 3.
As another example if the town PR = 1, 1, 2, 1, 3, 2
The tally totals become Investigation = 6
The game simply becomes cop 13'er!

The flavour for this game is about a single plant. Specifically Brassica oleracea, also known as wild cabbage. It’s a little niche but I think this is just a really cool plant and what better way to celebrate your niche interests than with mafia, right?
As an aside, this will be my first game hosting experience, so I’m really looking to learn the ins and outs. Hopefully there won’t be too many hiccups, but please be patient with me and let me know if you have any concerns whatsoever! I really welcome your feedback and am looking forward to a fun and enjoyable game~!

I'll get some of my newbie questions out of the way before role PMs go out. What is "Town Cop (with Night 0 peek)"? I can't find it in the wiki, but at least it implies that there is a night zero here. Do mafia have day chat? If this is a D6 game, what exactly does that imply about the roles that could be in the game?
A night 0 peek means that the cop will receive a randomly determined green peek on a villager alongside their role pm at game start. The cop doesn't decide the target, so there's no need for a N0 phase.
I missed including this in the OP initially but yes, mafia will have 24/7 day and night chat.
Just as an aside, I also forgot to mention this in the OP, but I will be unable to answer any game related questions in thread after the game begins. If any players wish to talk directly to me after the game has begun, please contact me by pm.

The Pirate Baker may each night target another living player and bake a piece of bread formed after their ability. This action will also roleblock the targeted player and prevent them from using their night action. On the following night, the Pirate Baker may pass their bread to another player, which will allow that person to use the ability that the bread was formed after. The Pirate Baker cannot use their own bread.
