    1) Signup period should be reduced from 2 weeks to 1 week for games with less than 20 players (arguably for all games). The extra time isn't necessary for filling games and it's just worse in every way for the players.

    2) Hosts should be encouraged to be have setups that have some flexibility in the number of players who can sign up, and this should be clearly communicated in the OP. For example: "If we have 13 players we'll use Setup X, if we have 17 players we'll use Setup Y, if we have 26 players we'll run two games of Setup X, etc." This will help to better match supply with demand.

    3) Players should have more direct input in what setups are run. This is the controversial thing where I don't know exactly what would work best. But it seems like a mistake to me to allow hosts to reserve an exclusive slot on the schedule for any open setup that they create with no need to seek any feedback from anyone whatsoever. It's a system that's kinda halfway regulated and halfway unregulated in an awkward way. This also applies to phase lengths/post caps. When I hosted games I usually just copied those details from other games because I had no better data on what players actually wanted. A formal system for getting feedback from players would actually empower hosts more than limit them because they'd be able to more confidently propose setups outside of the norm.

    4) The nature of the hosting queue discourages medium-sized games (22-30 players) because they have to be slotted into spots which are intended for massive games (50+ players). The site is large enough to support those games on a weekly basis, but the rules prevent it from happening hardly ever. This contributes to a lack of diversity of game types. Small games are fine for what they are, but games with ~25 players can have much more creative setups without the need for mass carnage and chaos, and the site would be better off if those games could happen more regularly.
I agree with all of this, I’ve done it with some games in the past, such as upping it to two games of 13 players a piece. The only problem is if the setups in question are so different from each other (going from 13 to 17 players) and some players might only be interested in a smaller number of players, etc etc. How would you combat this?

Hey everyone! It’s me, Cem/Ceme, back again with the pre-planned posts. I’m 17 and therefore a junior in high school, asking for a slank cover until 7 PM EST on Tuesday. Literally just finished a major test and have another one tomorrow that I’m super nervous for because it’s a debate and it’s a group grade and my group is not the best so I have to overcompensate. Other than that I’m in school this week from 9:20 AM EST to 3:50 PM EST and have the obligations of homework after school, and because of class changes I probably won’t be able to get on for EOD unless it’s for the last 5 minutes.

He and Esooa then latch on to my meta, and he makes a post saying how he feels bad about how he has to bury me but he dislikes all of my posts. I think a wolf feels more apologetic for reads on me because of TMI, In other words, soah knows I'm town. Esooa also pushes this point but she's not afraid to reveal sensitive info that I've talked about in DMs with her regarding my meta. It's frustrating because I know for a fact she's wring. Also again, I'm talking about similar pushes and how a wolf would want to goad Esooa into thinking her push is even more justified, which soah does ITT quite a bit yesterday morning. He doesn't have any recent experience with me outside that one wolf game, which is to say he's using SUPER outdated meta to push the narrative that I'm wolf.
is esooa a wolf or a villager?
Out of the people I suspect I feel like she's more likely to be a villager when compared to the likes of you, soah, and MFitz. Hence why I have you three as my solve rather than Esooa.

    yes

that was the opportunity in question
So.. what's wrong with that? She's one of the top wagons. Of course if she's a villager she doesn't want to go, so why would she vote for someone not on a top wagon?
i really dont have time to explain this in detail and hally and soah are doing a better job of it than me anyway

if cem was a villager i think shed be doing quite a bit more to push any of the four people she just wolfread instead of soah
I kinda doubt MFitz says this about his two wolf partners
It's how soah treats his slot in his ISO

    giving up on soah iso

but anyways soah had a very disconnected SOD yesterday, felt like he was uncomfortable and generally just making commentary posts and asking questions without actually directly contributing. He doesn't have any recent experience with me outside that one wolf game, which is to say he's using SUPER outdated meta to push the narrative that I'm wolf.

so the entire wolf team is voting you?
    I mean.

    Based on that yeah

Might as well throw Mansnicks in my general POE, but I think the soah wagon is pure, I town read everyone on that wagon. It can't just be a coincidence, can it?

Constantly misrepresenting me in an effort to discredit my read on you really isn't going to help you, regardless of your role.

Anyways my solve for 2 wolves is that they're in Hally/soah/Esooa, ordered from most to least likely scum in that pool of three. Other than that I'd say that spf/Jillian/Ciderheard/CRichard are all town. I don't know if it's worth my time to finish my ISO of soah but I'll try to get as much done before the 15 minute mark.
