Jack of all trades, master of some.
I come from POG on 2+2 and from USG, a place where automated Mafia / Werewolf games were first practiced and played almost a decade ago. I hooked up with the guys on here a little while back, and we have been working on bringing MU its own automated Mafia games. Unfortunately, we do not (yet) have an ETA for completion, but rest assured that we are determined to get it going soon. We can all look forward to an array of fun & games!
Aside from that, I'm a tremendous fan of HBO shows, especially Game of Thrones, The Sopranos and The Wire.
I'm from Earth.
I'm the founder of Mafia Universe. I'm hoping it will become home to some awesome games and, more importantly, a really awesome community, consisting of all sorts of lovely people that are weird enough to play this truly incredible and addictive game. I started playing mafia (or werewolf, as I actually prefer to call it) in 2009 on a Danish site called PokerNet and since then also became a regular on 2+2.
Besides being a mafia player, I am also a freestyle rapper (when drunk), stand up comedian, independent movie producer/writer and a university student finishing up my master's degree in Media Studies.
I'm from the Danish forum, PokerNet, where I've been playing most of my games. I'm educated in Computer Science and am currently building on top of that, studying Web Development. I had my own idea of creating a forum like this, but no time to start the project on my own. So when I heard from Thingyman, that he was assembling a team to create this forum, I jumped on board as a helping hand. So far it seems very promising, and I believe this can bring Mafia and games alike to a whole new level.
I hope to see Mafia Universe being the host of many quality games, while attracting a friendly and mature community of players!
In my spare time, I'm having interests in both fitness and online entrepreneurship, but I'm also spending time on various PC games, tv-shows and movies.
First started playing mafia on http://www.millenniumforums.com and have since played on numerous sites including POG where the Champions games were hosted. Was a finalist in the first series of Champions games and became friends with Thingyman in the process.
Been a mod for several vB forums since I was a kid and am generally easygoing and open; feel free to ask me anything.
Civil engineer by trade and offer counseling services. Have been a bit too busy IRL to play as much as I used to but still want to be involved in carrying the spirit. Hopeful that this site will spur on new and existing mafia players for years to come.

Hi, I'm Askthepizzaguy and I volunteered to be one of the moderators at this site!
I have been playing since 2008 (I blame Andres), have hosted like 50 games and been a part of over 200 games as a player, I retired, then un-retired, then semi-retired and now, I'm just tired. But I shall continue!
I love the concept behind this site, and with my native site and other sites dwindling in player count, I feel like this is a great place for people to go when their own communities have been drained in number, or just a great place to meet people and play and mod mafia games.
My intention as a forum-goer is to treat everyone with respect and kindness, and that extends to being a moderator. My goal is to set a good example, be actively involved as a forum-goer, and attempt to coach people who are having trouble following the site's rules and expectations, or having trouble with a fellow patron, or are otherwise in need of someone to lean on.
I view the moderator position as an honor, and a responsibility, and it means I am here to serve the community. I have experience moderating on three other sites, and regardless of how you feel about me as a mafia player I will do my absolute best to earn your trust.
You can count on me to treat you all with respect and dignity, and with kindness. If I have to enforce the site rules, I'll try to do it as painlessly as possible, and I'll try not to make you feel bad about it.
We're still mulling the site's rules and civility pledge and so forth, but the direction we're heading with it is this: If you're trying to follow the rules and fail to meet the standard, but you clearly mean well, we can work with you. The line is drawn at intentional and severe or repeated rule breaks of the kind which always result in a mod infraction. It's nothing personal at that point, we just gotta do what is needed to protect the site and the others who wish to invest their time here and enjoy one another's company.
I look forward to getting to know you all, I will do my best to respond quickly to posts directed at me, and private messages, just bear in mind I have a real job, a special person in my life who takes top priority, and of course, I have modding responsibilities that I have to prioritize.
Hopefully it won't be too much, because I do enjoy being part of a community and I am just one of the guys. These green (Blue, I see?) robes don't change who I am in any way. Everyone who has ever played in a community I moderated knows that.
Grateful to have you all on this site.
Special thanks to Thingyman, for making this all possible.
well I only voted for you 'cause I was told there'd be pizza.
ATPG as moderator did you take the solemn vow of promising not to spam every thread or nah
I'm Matthew, a.k.a. "Master Mew." I've been playing Mafia for... well, I don't really feel like looking it up right now so we'll just go with "several years" on MafiaScum, Bulbagarden, and occasionally EpicMafia.
I was a Biblical Studies major, I'm a former Youth Pastor, and currently I'm a Youth Specialist with the Department of Social Services. My vocational experience with psychology makes Mafia a fascinating game for me, and my theological background makes ascertaining authorial intent my Mafia forte - and my primary means of scumhunting.
I was a Moderator and Section Head at Bulbagarden and operate a dizzying network of alts on MafiaScum.
My favorite Town role is Vanilla Townie, and my favorite Mafia role is Godfather. I vastly prefer the challenge of playing as a townie to the relatively less complicated role of mafioso (and yes, I really do believe it's less complicated - ask me for the theorem if you disagree).
I have never been lynched as a mafioso.
I have never lost as an independent.
I am a staunch proponent of the Oxford Comma.

I'm a Calvinist.
I see I know a few of you already, if only by name
I am very new to the whole mafia playing community. I started playing in March on Dragonmount after I joined there to discuss books. Now I seem to spend far more time playing mafia than doing any sort of discussing on there. I've met fantastic people on there, and the championship and people I met there dragged me onto 2+2 where I'm enjoying mainly turbos at the moment.
Other than that I think you'll find me pretty easy going, and I look forward to getting to know you all!
I am 4maskwolf, of the Bay12 forums. I come from a very small, somewhat insular mafia community, and have been playing the game competetively for over a year now. I am interested to see how other people play their games and what ideas people have about how to play mafia.
Boy, you post one hot-tub baptism gif and suddenly eeeeeeverybody wants in.
I'm a-gonna dunk all y'all.
I'm from PerC as you see. I thought about changing my name to just be Owner, but it feel completely right. So I'm still going by Owner Of A Lonely Heart.

You're low-hanging fruit like the rest of us is what.
I hail from Ultimate Mafia, a tiny forum branched off the Sims official forums with maybe twenty people who have actually played a game semi-recently and a few friends who haven't. We actually haven't played too many games there lately, though I managed to get a game running last weekend, but much to them. They're like family.
I signed up for my first game a little over a year ago and fell in love with it. I've only skipped two of our games that I wasn't hosting since, both not long after I started playing. I've played seventy-some games and hosted/cohosted nine, plus handled night actions for temporarily absent hosts from Afterlifes a fair few times.
Adjusting to this pace has been interesting and not as difficult as I thought it would be. I'm excited to be here.
Outside of Mafia... I live in California. I'm really introverted. I'm teenaged and dual enrolled in community college - dual enrolled applies loosely, because I'm not actually in normal high school, though I take a couple of high school level classes still. So um, that's why I'm around sometimes when most people my age are in school. And I haven't quite figured out what exactly I want to do with my life just yet.

Pleasure to meet you.
Do you play as well as monkey around?
I do, but... I'm woefully inexperienced. I have only played 8 games and never rolled scum (not counting 2 turbos).

Makaze is the guy who invented the computer
He is the guy that found the first compute bug?
a code fake cop claim you mean. Y'all hear that? We're using code fake cop claims... at least 5 of them.
I mean, let's face it, who are we kidding, you're a Moderator, where I'm more expendable.

(actually the real cop people cover me plz)
also haven't checked makaze but he has an 100% scum rate in games I've played with him so he's probscum
(much thanks to him for his code monkeying and handymanning tho)
I'm Parmalee and I hail from bulbagarden. I've played some mafia games, but I vastly prefer hosting mafia games because I love control.
Off the internet, I am a standard office drone with hopes of being behind the scenes. I listen to the radio too much for my own good and I occasionally dabble in writing.
See you all around.
Well hello there. Some of you may know me as ToD or otherwise but I generally go by Darthe. I am pursuing dual master's degrees in economics and mental health right now and have been playing mafia for about three years though I am generally considered a better moderator. Hopefully this turns into something fun but, fair warning, I tend to be a pretty polarizing player.
Oh, right. I've probably been in ~200 games and have moderated maybe 20? I tend to be one of the top posters in any game, get NK'd constantly, am wrong incessantly, am active always and am predictable never.
Was that a good use of hyperbole? I read that it was a prerequisite to be good at this.
oh god they let jerome in
Hi all, I am from Personality cafe, been playing mafia for 4 years now. I have played the most games in my site and i have a weird play style.
Hi everyone! I'm Paperhorse. I've been playing mafia on Bulbagarden since 2011. I'm currently a moderator there. I enjoy playing mafia because I like the teamwork and I find scum-hunting to be a lot of fun.
I teach elementary school and have a degree in Literacy Education. I hope to get to know all of you!
I know Chris
