I am pinging you guys to make sure you understand what you are signing up for, and to let you to make sure you know the rules since you seem to be new.
We've had a lot of new players struggle/have to leave mashes due to the overwhelming mechanic and player numbers. As much as I love to see new people play and enjoy MU, be aware of what you are signed up for and make sure you're prepared.
Hm then I'll say /out for now, I'd rather take some time to observe how the meta here works then.
We just finished a 28 player mash on our home site so we should be fine. (Speaking for myself).

Just realised the time for the game is very AU unfriendly. I'll miss most events so. Sorry for wasting your time but at least I didn't realise during the game.

This is Frog’s game 100%. I haven’t touched or commented on anything and will not be hosting. He kindly asked if he could use the theme and I said of course (nobody has a claim to any theme and the more takes on one theme the better, in my opinion).

The host list isn't finalized because unfortunately some people who are now banned were supposed to help me host
I'm doing a test run this weekend, with a checklist (kind of like a host schedule), to see whether or not I'll need a co-host

Honestly, anything over 50 players tends to have about 10% replace or underposting rates, and that replace/underposting rate gets higher with every 10 people
I think this probably gets to somewhere in the mid 50's by the end of the sign-ups

5 days into signups and we're off to a great start!
We're at 44 players and 4 subs ; in the next 14 days we only need a minimum of 5 more to sign up, and preferably at least one more sub. So it looks like this is going to fill and run just fine.

Since the final roster has possibly gotten leaked, does that mean they could be flavors in this match?
I made the rolecards back in August, but depending on how many players join, I may have to make more rolecards. So it may be possible that leaked characters [For example; Banjo-Kazooie and Geno] find themselves in the game.

I'll be reworking role cards this weekend. Some of the leaked characters are fan-favorites so it'd be dumb not to include them.
As characters are neither alignment nor role indicative, this is just flavor fun

We now have two hosts and Beck gave us some feedback
We're making appropriate changes and should have everything good to go by this weekend
45 players is solid enough for the game to start without issue, so no need to pressure people to sign up
Of course, more players are welcome to join at their own convenience
Sign-ups will end between November 8th and November 9th
I'll announce when the rand (through modbot) happens on November 9th
