You appear to have gotten a little lost. You've found yourself at the entrance to a dark building with twisting paths and growling echoing in the distance.
The building has a crooked sign on the door with "TREASURE INSIDE" scrawled in capital letters. However, it's extremely dark and filled with traps and beasts. You'll have to navigate safely through it to reach the treasure.
Each turn, you'll be informed what directions you can go in from the fork you're currently at. You'll have a few minutes for each of you to pick a direction. (This is a public decision).
You will be informed of approximately how far you went between stops. 1-2 tiles between forks = "short". 3-4 tiles between forks = "medium". 5+ tiles between forks = "long".
Traps aren't more than annoyances, but they delay you a turn while you extricate yourself.
Minibeasts temporarily incapacitate you, but long enough for you to be unable to continue searching and be eliminated from the event. After a minibeast is encountered once, it will be too tired to injure anyone else.
Big beasts are strong enough to kill you (in the larger game) if encountered alone. If multiple people encounter the same big beast in the same turn, the first one to have submitted the move will die. After a big beast is encountered once, it will be too tired to kill anyone anymore, but will eliminate anyone else who encounters it from the event.
The event ends when either the treasure is found or only one person remains in the maze.
If multiple people encounter a minibeast in the same turn, the one who submitted the move first is eliminated from the event. If multiple people find the treasure in the same turn, the one who submitted the move first wins the prize.
To be clear, all actions are submitted each round before any are processed.
