There is NO TEXT ALLOWED on pictures, and any text I find will be blurred out so please don't put any in, it's just more work for me
if you decide to be a wordsmith and describe, you will receive an image of which to describe in 10 words max. Same as before, you have 24 hours to submit your description and if I don't have it by then you will be skipped and I'll find a sub. No uhhhh images in your description I guess?
/in either in this thread or in DMs to me, either works just make sure I get it and it's clear. Also include whether you want to paint, describe, or you are fine with either when you sign up. Signups close the witching hour (11:59:59, midnight) of October 13th, pst, so don't miss it!
and as always, stay eerie kids, and brush your teeth
The next real literary "rebels" in this country might well emerge as some weird bunch of anti-rebels, born oglers who dare somehow to back away from ironic watching, who have the childish gall actually to endorse and instantiate single-entendre principles. Who treat of plain old untrendy human troubles and emotions in U.S. life with reverence and conviction. Who eschew self-consciousness and hip fatigue. These anti-rebels would be outdated, of course, before they even started. Dead on the page. Too sincere. Clearly repressed. Backward, quaint, naive, anachronistic. Maybe that'll be the point. Maybe that's why they'll be the next real rebels. Real rebels, as far as I can see, risk disapproval. The old postmodern insurgents risked the gasp and squeal: shock, disgust, outrage, censorship, accusations of socialism, anarchism, nihilism. Today's risks are different. The new rebels might be artists willing to risk the yawn, the rolled eyes, the cool smile, the nudged ribs, the parody of gifted ironists, the "Oh how banal". To risk accusations of sentimentality, melodrama. Of overcredulity. Of softness. Of willingness to be suckered by a world of lurkers and starers who fear gaze and ridicule above imprisonment without law. Who knows.

Mafia is a real world game. The situations in Mafia are real, and one can not use anything but oneself. It is life. Very dense life. Look at it this way - Mafia are zombies, they are not free, they are bound by their knowledge of each other and a need to eliminate others. Citizens are free to make their own bounds. If you learn to do it well, then you could find zombies (people with alliance with past) in real life and turn them over to your side of the future.
