    Only if you hand the Mafia the keys by claiming your role.

    There is a point about not being able to anti-claim Survivors. I will consider that in addition to the other changes I mentioned.

    The day vig thing, as you say, was a 1-shot vig for which the wolf gave up the chance to poison multiple times with only a 1-shot heal across the entire non-Mafia village.

    I dont think survivors need more help. Last time I mathed it they had a 28% chance to win on d3 (didnt account for town loverizer and might not have accounted for joat, but that should make things accurate for this game), being able to win later is just a bonus. being able to win so early and without others even knowing if they caught one, they apply a ton of pressure on all the other factions. granted this assumes random lynching (i think i did account for mafia not trying to kill each other while mathing, but if its off thats probably why). its also a very swingy mechanic to instant win at some point, with no way of knowing if you caught one, unless they are as obvious as they were this game. i think my balancing suggestion would be to sort of make them ritualists or sth; 3 survivors (with 2 its just too random imo), each adding a ritual counter after every night they survived, game ends in survivor win when 9 ritual counters are reached (so day4 at the earliest). Announce at sod when the ritual is almost complete (enough survivors alive to complete it the following night), but not how many survivors are alive or number of ritual counters at any other point if you want to keep the flipless aspect. i may underestimate just how fastpaced this game is and town might need another vanilla to compensate.
    Other than that I was really surprised to see only 1 real poison and yet mafia winning quickly with only 1 anticlaim and (real poison was effectively no more that that) 4 1shot vigs (no factional). i wonder if they should even bother with fakepoison or try to dodge joat, if that just works.
    Kinda funny how doubletraitor dies so quickly every time, just by town identifying them as mafia.

    Thanks for posting. The first time I ran a game of this kind, the Double Traitor won.

    I don't know what a ritual is, nor a counter, so the second half of your post made no sense to me.

    But I just meant a number going up. Each living survivor adds 1 every night (starting with 0 ofc).

    3 survivors (yh thats different from this game) that want to get the ritual counter to 9, starting at 0. Each night every living survivor adds 1 to the counter (so +3 with every survivor alive).
    Example game: Day 1 nonsurvivor gets lynched
    Night 1 a survivor is poisoned
    All survivors live through the night, so counter goes to 3 (3 living survivors, even if one is poisoned)
    Day 2 poisoned survivor dies (no heal, otherwise theyd count for the ritual ofc)
    Only +2 added in the night, reaching 5 total
    lets say the remaining survivors live until the end of night 3 (actually kinda tough given there is also suicide bomber and joat active this phase); another +2 added to the counter, reaching 7 with 2 living survivors
    a public announcement "the ritual is about to be completed" or sth of the sort, as both survivors living to the next night would end in their win, provided no other faction has won at that point (which may actually be an issue, even if an extra survivor and vt would slow things down). If no suvivor dies until the end of the next night and no other faction wins in that time, survivors win.

    Thats about what i had in mind.
    There are some issues with that expanded setup; I focussed on making survivors feel fairer (people know when they are about to lose and getting a survivor early is rewarded, but no longer required), but didnt give mafia anything to make up for the greater number of foes (relatively easily fixed by adding some more poison cycles I guess, weakening both other factions, but especially survivors again) and actually 9 is probably too much to ask for; the game is almost over at that point,even if things go fineish for survivors.
    Perhaps its not worth completely changing the setup over this.
