Yah, but it is large in content. I asked because if Team Mafia is a similar event to the Hydra 2020 which people prefer to play it over anything else, then i'd like to know. I've planned Open World for a long time and i'd be sad if it didn't fill up because an official forum event overshadowed it. So i'd move to a week later.

The Team Mafia game isn't an official event, but it does typically take like 40-60 players or so, full mash size.

The 12th is prob fillable but would require recruiting. The long phases make avoiding overlap very hard, since if you started a week ahead itd only be like n2 when the next game starts. Pushing it forward to the Monday could help.

is the rotating setup schedule for sit and go games going to only include one setup? I would personally propose adding in a newbie-friendly setup in addition to the ones you're going to be rotating because I feel like sit and go games are perfect for newbie games

partly because you don't have to deal with the scheduling issues of normal/light games and you can also start a new game right after another one ends without having to worry about the timeslots being taken

my newbie's paradise series slots usually go away pretty quickly (except on that 5/2 game) so sit and go would be perfect as it wouldn't really interfere with my other games

this isn't really the thread for feedback, but all of the setups that would be proposed for sit n go, should be newbie friendly already to begin with. So needing to add additional setups solely for this purpose isn't necessary.
