This game is called Ampharos Thinks. Here's how it works.

1. I asked good friend and all around rockstar Amy A Ampharos 5 questions with a numerical answer. These could only be answered with positive integers. No decimals or fractions.

2. I'm going to post those 5 questions here.

3. You want to send me a PM with what you think Amy answered for each question. Your PM should have 5 answers.

4. After a period of time I will reveal all of the guesses and the answer that Ampharos gave. The person who is closest to Ampharos' answer (going over is fine) will receive 1 point, next closest will receive 2 points, and so on until all points are given. This process will repeat for all 5 questions.

5. The winner will be the person with the lowest total score.



Notes: You are not trying to give the correct answer. The correct answer is irrelevant. You are simply trying to guess what Ampharos thinks the answer is. There was no research done by Ampharos when answering the questions and was all done via napkin math and top of the head estimations.

4. How many different people are within three degrees of IRL separation from you? To clarify: someone you met personally is one degree of separation. Someone they met personally would be two degrees of separation. Someone those people met personally would be three degrees of separation. Internet only interactions do not count.



5. On a scale of 1-100, inclusive, how much did you enjoy playing this? 1 being the least and 100 being the most.

I've submitted some answers in the vain hope that originating from Smogon will give some clown to clown communication advantage.

By the way the answer is 115 ants, but that's assuming we're stacking them vertically from tail to mouth rather than having them stand on top of each other.

The answer I submitted of course assumes the ants formed a triangle based pyramid, the most mathematically sound approach to stacking ants.

ok so my initial answer was a fair bit lower before i sat and thought "wait how much lifetime income am i already gonna be missing out on from spending a year of my life in stasis + having to navigate the job market afterwards with a felony conviction on my record"

i dont work in the financial sector i cant just bounce back from that sort of thing

so it became a numbers game of "how much money would i be losing anyways just from being in prison"
