Posting Requirement: 10 posts per day.
Game Length: 1-2 weeks.
Setup: 15 or 18 players, Open.

Special Rules

• Up to 14 Roleblocked Vigilantes versus up to 4 Mafia Goons
• All townies submit a nightly vigilante shot, which may or may not go off.
• Each night, in addition to the mandatory mafia factional kill, mafia must pick a townie to have that vigilante shot work. If they pick a townie that has holstered, that townie dies as well. Otherwise, the selected townie has their vigilante shot carried out. All other townies are effectively considered roleblocked vigilantes.
• The vigilante shots are only carried out if that player is selected by the mafia to carry it out.
• Mafia may pick the same target for both the factional and the vigilante shot.
• The identity of the townie shooting is not revealed to anyone.

So answering my own question. TGT, Schweppes and myself played last time:

I was misyeeted D1
Schweppes was night killed N2
TGT was misyeeted D1

So I guess on the plus side at least none of the winning wolves have come back

pathfinder is similar to DnD. Some would say that it is just a free version of DnD.

I never got into Pathfinder, probably because by the time it came out I had heavily houseruled my 3.5 games already and I like my own adaptation better.

I am belgian (Hi Rhand!) but living in Ireland, and I just think "as useless as a chocolate teapot" is one of the loveliest, funniest expressions ever.

I don't think we've played together, I'm new here and not an alt. I was part of Amrock's mash that crashed though, so maybe there? I don't remember who was in it, just that I got completely overwhelmed and missed most of the day because the new posts were scrolling onto my screen so fast that I couldn't get to the reply box (using the overlay now )

Town reads are okay. I like wurzel at first glance, and choco too.

What I remember from post game last time is that the wolves tried to sort all the players into 2 groups - 1 group were more conventional or predictable and were expected to shoot the counterwagon. The second group were the mavericks who they thought would take a hero shot. They then picked from one of the groups depending on whether the counterwagon was a wolf or townie.

The challenge for us is that if we keep our cards close to our chest then it makes it harder for the wolves to pick the vig BUT if we keep them too close and don't do enough solving then it makes it easier for the wolves to hide. The easiest route to victory is still through the yeet (getting a vig is a bonus)

I actually haven't played pathfinder myself, but I have played some dnd.

Homebrew is the best, like always. As an aspiring DM, homebrew characters are not my cup of tea because of how likely they are to become broken, but its still fun.

I used to run campaigns but then we moved out here to the middle of nowhere and I can't find anyone to play with other than my family, so it has slowed down significantly. I like taking a published adventure and then messing with it.
