Win Conditions: Town wins when they have eliminated all threats and there is at least one town aligned player alive.
Mafia wins when they reach parity with town and all other threats to their win condition are dead.
Other parties have their secret win conditions.
There is no hammer except at lylo. Votes will not be locked at lylo.
Game Definitions:
Night: The phase following the end of the day phase where you can submit your actions if any. Dawn: The phase following the end of the night phase where you receive results (if any) and can submit a Last Will. Alive: Can post in the thread, can vote and don't have access to the dead chat. Dead: Cannot post in the thread, cannot vote and have access to the dead chat.There may or may not be exceptions to these two statuses. Mini-Mash: A game with more than 25 players and experimental mechanics. Role Madness: Everyone is guaranteed to have a role. Bastard: Any unthinkable scenario could happen in this game except for game breaking mechanics or roles. You may be lied to. Balance: An attempt at balance was done but this also may be a lie bwahahahaha.
Dawn Phase Explained: The night phase of 24 hours is split equally in two phases: Night and Dawn.
During night everyone that has a night action may submit it. The deadline for night actions is the moment the Dawn phase starts.
At Dawn, actions will be processed and results delivered. Players will have the choice to leave behind a Last Will once per game at Dawn, where they can in 150 characters (think of old school twitter) leave any thoughts or info they want. Once a last will is submitted,you cannot edit it later. Last Wills may only be submitted at Dawn, while you still live.
AI and Claiming:Characters are not alignment indicative and roles may or may not be character indicative.
There may or may not be Anti-Claim mechanics, known or unknown to you based of host meta knowledge. Claim at your own risk.
Substitutions: There will not be substitutions in this game. Zero posting or breaking the Mafia Universe rules will get you mod killed. However, there will not be mod kills at mylo or lylo.
For Excessive appeal to emotion and other forms of toxicity, you will be warned privately once. You are expected not to talk about warnings in the thread, that will get you mod killed. If your behavior persists, you will get a mod kill and be completely kicked out of the game, this means no access to any of our game chats, including spectator chat. There will not be any form of compensation for mod kills, only a report to MU moderators and public shame from your faction post game.
Events: There may or may not be events, planned or executed spontaneously.

Willing to switch to in if you need one more, but otherwise I'd rather not. I like being able to read whole games if I want to --- 30 players tends to break that ability.

There are no substitutions in this game. I predicted it was gonna be a hard task to fill it in the first place so i wrote in the op what will happen if inactivity or toxicity happens
