7x Vanilla Townie
2x Mafia Goon
Day 1 is split into 2 separate phases. The first phase allows for normal voting, however no votes will go through until a coalition is formed.
PHASE 1: Coalition Voting
Each player will be able to vote on 5 people(including themselves) to be on a Coalition.
(Voting will be in the format of Coalition: [player1], [player2],[player3],[player4],[player5]
, where each new coalition submission should list all 5 names. I will still list your coalition choices in the Coalition votecount if it has under 5 names however it cannot reach a majority unless it has 5 members. To reiterate, each time you wish to change your coalition, please post all 5 names you want to include. All coalitions must be in the format provided to allow for easier counting.)
If a Coalition is not reached by the deadline, Mafia will automatically win. A coalition MUST reach 5 votes to be accepted, no less. (this mean 5 separate people voting the exact name of 5 names with you)
Once a Coalition of 5 is hammered, there will be 2 possible results based on the presence of mafia on the coalition:
a) If mafia is NOT present on the voted Coalition, the game ends and is a Town Victory!
b) If there is a mafia present on the Coalition, the game continue as 2 v 7 mountainous. The day will then be granted a 48 hour extension. (hammers will be on for Day 1 to not prolong the day)
After Day 1, day phases play out like normal mountainous games.
- On Day 1, each player may propose a coalition of five players (and may change their mind about this as often as they like, until a coalition is locked in).
- A majority coalition is agreed upon when at least five players have the same group of five people proposed as a coalition. At this point, the coalition is locked in and cannot be changed.
- If a coalition containing scum is locked in, the game continues onto a normal Day 1 at that point (but town have the information that there was at least one scum inside the coalition); the coalition mechanic is disabled for the rest of the game.
- If a coalition containing five townies is locked in, town automatically wins.
