Most likely not, but depends on what you consider a spoiler.
Flavor will be AI so flavor-talk is banned and on the RCs there will only be a brief description of the characters.
Rejuvenation's plot has a
lot of twists and turns to the point that a lot of the game's more minor points could be considered a spoiler and it'd be kind of hard to touch on some characters without mentioning them. The rolecards only touch on some of the flavor's more surface-level stuff and a lot of the more spoilery $%#! like "x dies" or "y is actually z" or "a, b, and c, are actually siblings" are not going to be touched on at all.
Realistically if you'd like to play without risking spoilers then I'd suggest playing until the part where you finish the Blacksteeple Prison arc which is done in the 5th Chapter, where there are currently 15 Chapters in the game.
A lot of the game's story revolves around a character that's basically a walking spoiler that'll resolve themselves by the 5th Chapter, and it's kind of impossible to make a mash with Rejuvenation's flavor without talking about this character.
