- Your power must be usable as both alignments, balanced, and non-troll/bastard.
- You may only submit a singular ability, or, linked abilities that don't essentially make you a JoAT by rand.
- Alignments will be randed.
- If more than 3 (4 or more) players submit the same exact ability, they will all become regular neighbors. Be creative.
- I will be strictly enforcing the submission requirements. However, I want you to be happy, so I will be available to chat if you want feedback on your submission.
- An attempt at balance will be made. It will likely be fruitless. glgl, give me your worst.
