The Collector of Faces
It started with a tall tale told by a classmate about how they had narrowly escaped an encounter with a monster that had tried to tear their face off. Everybody else laughed at it, but the boy who would one day become The Collector could not but wonder if it were true. From an obsession this quickly turned into a phobia, and he ended up fashioning a facial shield out of a bird cage in order to be able to go outside safely.
The lines that ran through his vision quickly became trusted friends, and soon he started judging people by how well their features lined up. Back home, he would reproduce their images in black and white paintings and through them, the lines could finally speak to him. They told him wonderful stories about far-off lands where young men jump into volcanoes to save the life of their enemy or the schools where they train new soldiers for the defense against murderous flying balls.
They were full of great advice, such as "always eat your boils" and "a watched vegetable can't be potted". Don't dunk your wookies in your tea. Break a flame, go down in pennies. Add easier to never. Come whole to the meat.

The Scarecrow Who Befriended a Thousand Birds
A long, long time ago, there was a farmer whose wife died without giving him any children. He really wanted an heir who'd look after the farm, so he tried dating again, but as he was getting on in years and none of the women who were willing to go out with him could hold a candle to his late beloved, he was getting desperate.
One day as he was patching up his old scarecrow, he looked at its beady eyes in its turnip head, and sighed in frustration "Ye'll befriend a thousand birds afore I shall have an heir!" and as it so happened, a mischievous sprite overheard and thought it would be great fun to see how this would unfold. It wiggled its little finger and the scarecrow jumped to life!
One confused explanation from the farmer later, he was ready to get out there and make some feathery friends so his master could have an heir. I mean, how hard could it be? As it turned out, it is actually pretty hard to overcome your instincts, as every time he spotted a bird, he couldn't help but scare it off.
But then, his luck changed. Right as he was crossing a field, a hen harrier fell upon a thick brown hen. Without thinking, he hurried towards the grisly scene, flailing wildly and screaming "AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!". Look, a wise man needs no words to get his point across. The hen harrier thought better of it, and abandoned its dinner. The chicken, hurt and shocked from the attack and, frankly, even moreso from the manner of her rescue, was in no state to flee and thus the scarecrow was able to scoop her up and gently nurse her back to health.
As it turned out, this hen had been the Queen of her Coop, and so the scarecrow got quite famous! Chickens from all over fled from their farmyards in order to be near him. The poor farmer couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the wriggling, writhing mass of poultry coming over the hills when his scarecrown returned home. "Guess I could do worse than becoming an egg farmer," he decided quickly, and when the scarecrow presented his Queen Hen he did what he felt was the proper thing and offered her tea and biscuits.
The sprite, besides itself with laughter at the sight of it all, turned the hen into a woman and after what all neighbours considered an appropriate amount of time, she and the farmer got married and had many lovelychickschildren.

I wanna focus mostly Sothys today tbh, from what i recall he pushed the dichotomy of me/allund w/v or w/w a decent amount like Pigeon and if Allund!V his pushes are pretty rough to me. Other than that i feel like there is a decent chance i missread Yogg so i kinda need to see where they land today, and i also wanna see what April and Angel do today.
ftr i didnt read the posts i missed while i slept yday still, i was gonna do it at some point but kinda didnt have the time, ill tackle them later.
Arguably a point against Allund is that in his last readlist he had Pigeon pretty high and there is a chance that my world of April+Allund+Pigeon was correct but this feels like conf!bias so i wont push it until i see an April flip

I think it cannot be a W/W rand. I feel like mafia would not let that happen, UNLESS there was like a scum missing at EOD and they did not have the force to switch up in any way. Pigeon out, yog out, snow out, sothys out - they're all in my sussy bucket rn. Apart from the dead bird of course lol, he's in my 6-feet-under-mafia bucket.
Town:
Guys who voted Pigeon - wiggles, Tom, sheriff - there's no way in hell mafia CFDs to lynch their own guy. I feel like this was all too quick and to chaotic for the mafia to keep up lol.
April - Occam's razor, right now I exclude the possibility of w/w draw. April voted for Pigeon at the end - if this was w/w and they knew that one of them were getting chopped, why going to rand like that? I feel like as scum you wanna have control over such things. He easily could have left his vote elsewhere and die, instead of saving his life with a rand like that. Also, even tho his defence pissed me off lol, he showed a will to live. And I like that from townies that want to win a game.
RDK - considering that it was close to a draw and he UNVOTED April just to create a vanity wagon - I don't see the mafia here, whether it's w/v or w/w. Even in w/w wagons, as mafia I want to have control over who goes, not leave it to luck. Also I liked his pressure on wiggles.
For a sec I was entertaining myself with April - RDK scum squad but it's too much hassle here, they could just both vote Pigeon, throw him out and get the credit.
So I got like 5 guys I'm 95% sure about them being town.
Then we got Manny, digitaldude, sothys, Allund, yog and Snow.
digitaldude - I still like him for the entirety of his game, however idk what to make of this voting. Idk, it is a bold move to leave your vote like that when as mafia he could just switch a vote, kill Pigeon and grab the credit for it, sacrificing one not really active player. In rand you have 50/50 chance so I feel like this would be a suboptimal decision by a w!digitaldude. Still, not rejecting the possibility. In theory works with w/w lynch as well, but I feel like as a scum player I'd rather chop Pigeon and let April live. More hope for a good defence in the future. Reaffirming myself in this being a w/v lol
Allund - still seeing him more towny, especially that Allund was like one of the only real pushes that Pigeon made lol. Got bashed for it and pushed the brakes on his game. It was easy to jump on this considering that Allund got in the fight with Manny and sothys pretty quickly. Pigeon voted him today when Allund was a still viable choice - I think that puts him in a good place.
Manny - ISOed Pigeon, another push was for Manny and Manny was actually pairing him as wolf with Allund lol. Still don't believe this pairing here. Pigeon held his vote on Manny for the entirety of d1 voting. Might as well been a safe choice but I think it was the same story as with Allund - voted him when he was still a viable choice and then bounced
yogsloth - was pushing pigeon at the beginnig of the day two, asking about attacking the target from D1 etc. I feel like if this was scum, they'd take care of such strategic discussions on the scum communicator lol. Also Pigeon clapping back at yog - I don't feel like he was that strong of a scum to pull this $%#! off
sothys - potential strong mafia pairing. sothys defending pigeon using his dyslexia, spectrum etc. Also the Pigeon's attack on Allund was based on sothys attacking Manny (i know, it's complicated). Pigeon liked literally everything sothys did
snow - Pigeon was not really keen on yeeting her as a no-poster, was also +ing hard when someone said that shes not useful to mafia and we gotta start trusting our reads lol; also explicitly said that he likes Tom less for wanting to yeet snow

Tbh there is a world in which allund/pigeon just okay'd bussing each other / distancing pretty hard cuz they were both on kinda rough spots but i dont think thats a priority for today
