Nah like, I actually do think this is a big deal.

Clearly you think I've been unfairly targeting you to the degree that you've now gotten pissed off. Which means that either

1. I have been unfairly defaulting to voting out someone when I'm uncertain - which isn't cool and can make the game miserable for someone else- and need to be aware of that and fix it.

Or

2. There is a miscommunication going on. Which can either be that it *used* to happen and I've fixed it but the negative feelings are still there so it hasn't been noticed - in which case pointing out that it's not been happening can be helpful! - or for whatever reason we are clashing in a way where where it feels bad despite not being accurate - in which case maybe pointing out that "I assure you, there is not a targeted thing going on and I wasn't even aware there was an issue" can fix that.

Cause like, the whole point of turbo nonsense is to goof off with people and have fun? And it seems like that isn't what's been happening?

Regardless, I think it's clear at this point that #1 isn't the case. So hopefully the solution is now "oh, ok" and we can just be cool moving forward.

I've actually asked others before if you had an issue with me because you spent most games voting me out and mostly giving me the cold shoulder in games, including times where I've tried to joke with you about it or joke with you during games and you've given me just cold responses.

Much like this I tried to find some reason you were voting me but you didn't even give an explanation on that even when I asked...granted I might've been more heated towards you because of a combination of thinking that alongside how Haze was pushing me, but I was trying to find some sort of reason you were going at me but I wasn't given anything in response beyond "k" which basically means "$%#! you" to me.

I was letting it go for a while and it might've simmered down just today it exploded in this game due to a few things.

Like I apologize for throwing that out there I was legit kinda angry about how the game went and that came out but yeah I've felt that way for a bit.

Though I recognize intention doesn't negate the negative feelings they brought to you and I will try to be better about that!

I thought we had some good memes with broncos country lets ride in particular. As for the games themselves I've always found you tough in any role - able to fool me pretty easily as a wolf, able to get me when I'm wolfing, and hard to me to pin down when I'm wolfing against you. It's why I was surprised to see "he deserved it" today. With what you've said though, I can understand your point of view cause if you took "k" to be "$%#! you" and already thought there were hostilities it's understandable why you got upset at me. Just for clarification though: it was not that at all.

It sounds like it's been simmering around for a bit. It is entirely possible that the voting thing happened during a stretch prior to the last few months (the ones I looked at went back to May but we've been playing for years at this point) and those negative feelings carried over. My hope is that 1.) this post clarifying that I actively enjoy playing the game with you, recognizing my part in previous games made you feel unhappy, acknowledging that even if it were not my intentions it does not discredit your feelings, and promising that in the future I will make an effort to do a better job interacting with you in a way that brings joy instead of frustrations and 2.) the list of recent games that show that it isn't something going on over the last handful of months is enough to nod our heads and move forward cool with things.

Thank you for this and I apologize for my outbursts in that. Just a slight differences in our communications with people and it's lead to misunderstandings and into me overreacting when things weren't as bad as they actually were.

I needed to judge less and not jump to conclusions as hard.

Your "overreacting when things weren't as bad as I thought they were" thing clicks with me cause like I understand how it happens. I am *notorious* for getting in my own head. For me it's by noticing a couple of awkward interactions I have with someone, trying to figure out why that was, making the logical conclusion (to me!) that it's because they hate me since their interactions with others are so positive and different, and then seeing all sorts of "corroborating evidence" from then on anytime something else happens and it runs away with me. Often it was just me reading things negatively that were nothing (and often explained by things like "they were off in their own little world thinking about <random thing that'd been on their mind for a few days> and I interpreted it as upset") but once it starts it's hard to snap away from. A few months ago Happy had to knock some sense into me after a post game because it had happened again and then I went "oh, wait wtf am I even talking about" lol.

Not saying that's exactly your thing. Just like, saying I know how it can be sometimes. Idk. It made sense to me but maybe it doesn't to anyone else.

Anyways, I'm good. Glad we were able to talk through that and hope it leads to more fun playing future games.

Weird game

no idea why anyone was mad. I was fakepeeked wolf and I didn't even get mad. I just shrugged, mostly ignored it and didn't interact with it, voted my wolf read, correctly called gamer a villager and removed from my poe after thinking on it more, and then watched football while others were raging at each other.
