Neither me nor the other head of the hydra know anyone from here. The only one I have watched a tiny bit is fontisian if I am not mistaken, in the S1/S2 championship game our then representative took part in.

The getting to know each other is probably not going to happen within a game. I just come from a community where most of the players chat off site so we have a pretty good handle on each other and sometimes it helps within the game. And there's of course the whole meta history that can be helpful.
As far as what I'm planning to do, mostly find things that catch my eye and don't jibe well with me. So far the only thing that bugged me was Mighty Moon feeling the need to point out that he/she showed up here without even reading their PM. As of rule it really pisses me off when people check into the game thread without reading their PM first... and even worse when they say it out loud LOL Because... why would you do that? Not really wolfy in itself I GUESS, but that's the only post that made me go.... ugh.

How could I possibly have reads? Literally nothing has happened. If you're the kind of player that expects people to dish out reads on P.3, you're going to be sorely disappointed.

Sussing someone for using many words when they explain how they approach the game doesn't sound very solid to me. Also why does every post have to bring something new to the game? Can you say that everyone else has brought something new to the game at this stage?
I like spontaneous reactions. But I prefer it when I don't have to further prod to get the thoughts behind them.

It's fine to want the game to get started. And trust me, though we enjoy joking around about our name we don't intend to go around joking for the rest of D1. Right now I'm waiting for the rest of the game to get more involved, and perhaps our little conversation here will give people something to chew on and discuss for a while.
